Apathy today is spreaded and digested
Manipulated minds aren't shunned but suggested
Ignorance is bliss and these ways are never questioned
Our culture of violence is offered and ingested

Our hands never extended to help a lesser man
But I can't wrap my head around why no one understands
We all live in fear of one thing or another
But this fear could be erased if we looked at all as brothers

If we could come together just for the greater good
Than there would be no racists, no one misunderstood
No murderers or rapists, abolition so to speak
Cause on every block in every town someones children sleep
Eat the weak !

Compassion's obsolete, just as long as you can stand on your own two feet
Til the world can think of another before themselves
Than unity and love will sit rotting on the shelves
